Let’s stay in and support one another

The Social Distancing Requirements now in place and the possibility of imminent lockdown, makes mine and everyone else's work that doesn't fall under essential services untenable.  The best thing we can all do for those working on the front lines and indeed for one another is to stay home.

With that in mind I thought I would let you know what I will be doing with all my free time!!

Let's chat - I have set up some Virtual Morning Coffee Breaks and Afternoon Teabreaks for anyone who might like to reach out and chat.  These 30 minute chat sessions run twice a day - to join in all you have to do is follow the links below at the appointed times the aim is to provide a little social interaction for anyone working from home or self-isolating, to break the day up a little and hopefully keep us all a little saner.  You can join in any session - or every session,(it's free!) whatever suits you. You will need a Mobile Device, PC or Mac with a camera to access these - follow the links here.

Coffee Break - 11.00 a.m.  and/or Tea Break - 3.00 p.m.

Free Resources - I will be setting up some free resources and useful information on my website to deal with particular issues that may arise during this very strange period we are all going through, so please visit from time to time or follow my Facebook Page for updates as I will be adding to these on a regular basis.

Virtual Appointments - I can do virtual appointments - so long as you have a Mobile Device, PC or Mac with a camera. For muscle aches and pains these would consist of assessment, advice and demonstrations of self-treatment techniques - you can find out more here - Or if you are feeling stressed and anxious, I can provide a number of relaxation and stress management techniques via video link to help calm anxiety and enable better sleep - find out more here.

In the meantime, I wish from the bottom of my heart that you and your loved ones, stay safe and well and that by supporting one another, we will not only beat this thing, but come out of it kinder, wiser and more resilient.

Very best wishes, Tracy x
